These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Author Launch Kit ("ALK"), a product of Book Launchers, available at authorlaunchkit.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. They supplement the Book Launchers Terms & Conditions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and payments
- Author Launch Kit offers free and paid plans. Paid plans, including any free trial, are described at sign-up and billed through Stripe.
- If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your plan in your account settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of the manuscripts, book details, and other content you provide, as well as the marketing content the tools generate for you. You grant us permission to process this content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or using it to generate harmful or deceptive material.
AI-generated content
Author Launch Kit uses AI to help generate marketing materials. AI output may not always be accurate or suitable, so you are responsible for reviewing and editing content before you publish or rely on it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Launchers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
